I looked at many residential options before moving to SEM Terrace. When I arrived at SEM, it felt like home. It is a quite peaceful and beautiful place – just what I wanted. In addition, it has proved to be a welcoming place to live. The residents, staff and management have helped in every way. I feel at home!

When I moved to SEM Terrace three years ago, I did not know what to expect. I heard all the good things happening there from my daughter Holly, who is an R.N. She cares for patients there. Yet nothing can compare to the actual experience. The staff and residents are like family – very caring and respectful. The surroundings are clean and bright, including the grounds around our buildings. I have invited friends to visit and they have made SEM Terrace their

SEM Terrace is the perfect place, for me. I enjoy socializing with other residents, which is the great advantage of a congregate living setting. At the same time, I appreciate the freedom of independent senior living, which allows me to make use of my own free time.

I arrived at SEM Terrace following serious cardiac surgery. Immediately, the welcoming support of staff and residents made me feel part of the family. The experience was contagious. Three prepared wholesome meals supported my wellbeing. I regained my health. Today at SEM Terrace, I most enjoy floral gardening outside my room, playing bridge, poker and calling BINGO. I never know what laughter and goodness is coming next!

I am an active lady. Never did I expect to live in a retirement facility. And I find SEM Terrace to be the most wonderfully rewarding experience. I love the comradery, the residents’ delightful stories, outings, activities, and community exercise. I play cards, bingo, games and enjoy the musical entertainment. The staff is always thinking of the welfare of the residents. During Covid-19 we were kept SAFE! The love at SEM Terrace is highly contagious. It does not take long to know your part of a big caring family. It is my place to be!
